- representation in public hearing a project documentation including procuration all required documents from territorial decision and planning permission to final building approval, pertinently decision of change from usage of current buildings or it’s parts
- consulting constructions, constructional works and realities: - appreciation and identification causes of constructional works imperfections, out-of-court settlement suggestions for parties of construction - building society and mortgage bank contacting, optimal financing selection, combination of financing modes - support and assistance in providing purpose public grants – advisory and expert services in building and constructional and real investments – verified contacts on prestigious lay offices, official referees and specialized expert workplaces
