Company history
The company initiation began in 1990, when some physical persons began enterprise at reciprocal partnership, centred on current and historical buildings reconstructions and related technical and administrative services.
Bulding society and partnership ABS spol. s r.o. was established in 1996 like a successor after enterprising physical persons who started enterprise in supplying constructional works, technical services linked to building constructions and reconstructions. During it’s activity, the company profited by fixed margin in succesive steps at supplying and providing reconstructional works even new buildings, with emphasis on complete providing an investors intention – ie. design, expert opinion and administrative services were included.
The company (pursuant to repeated customers requirements) increased it’s activities to estate agency activity during last years. Real activities include selection and preparing realpropeties for bussiness associates investment intentions, including build-up economic balance, budget works, providing financing and economic rate of investments return evaluation.
The company has long-lasting co-operation today with traditionary partners particularly from private sphere even with partners from public sphere and autonomy but even co-operation with private investors and realty possesors.
